All new computer components and pre-built systems come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty. Refurbished items include a 90-day Computer Mania limited warranty.
How long does shipping take for custom PC builds?
Custom PC builds typically require 3-5 business days for assembly and stress testing, followed by 2-4 business days for transit depending on your location.
Do you offer technical support if I have trouble setting up my device?
Yes, we provide free lifetime basic technical support via email and live chat for all products purchased through Computer Mania.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
Opened electronics can be returned within 15 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in original packaging with all included accessories.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
Are the components you sell genuine and new?
We only source products directly from authorized distributors. All items are guaranteed 100% genuine and brand new unless explicitly labeled as 'Refurbished' or 'Open Box'.
