At Computer Mania, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your new hardware doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Computer Mania account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Hardware

  Carefully place the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure a full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the inspected units.
